Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026 · Last updated October 17, 2026

Service

Agents is a privately operated personal productivity and automation service. It may connect to third-party services, including Google Workspace, and perform actions in response to requests from authorized users.

Eligibility and authorization

There is no public registration. Use is limited to accounts expressly authorized by the operator. A user must have authority to connect each account and to direct every requested action involving that account or its data.

User direction and responsibility

Authorized users are responsible for reviewing consequential actions before approval, maintaining accurate account permissions, and complying with applicable laws and third-party service terms. Agents must not be used for unauthorized access, deception, spam, surveillance, abuse, or infringement of another person's rights.

Connected services

Access to Google Workspace and other connected services depends on those providers' APIs, availability, policies, and user authorization. Google may revoke or limit access independently. Agents is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how Agents handles personal information and Google user data. By authorizing a connection, the user acknowledges those disclosed processing practices.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features may occasionally fail or produce incomplete results; important actions should be independently reviewed when appropriate.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agents is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the service or a connected provider.

Termination

Authorization may be withdrawn by the user or operator at any time. A user can revoke Google authorization from the Google Account connections page.
